Dan is sitting in the lab doing calc homework.
Jesse: Wow, Dan's a nerd.
me: We're all nerds - we're in a Ph.D. program.
Jesse: I am not a nerd. Everytime I see someone do a partial derivative, a little piece of me dies.
Dan: I can't feel anything anymore.
