The Convertible Effect

Every year I forget about it in the winter and am reminded as soon as the weather is nice enough to put my roof down.

For some reason whenever I drive around with my roof up, no one says squat to me about my car.  As soon as I'm driving around with the top down, people will comment on how nice looking it is when we're stopped at a light, at the gas station, in the parking lot...

Stopped to get gas at Costco this afternoon on my way home from campus and the attendant said something.  Then the girl filling up next to me got all giggly and started gushing over my car.  And THEN the guy who pulled up behind me made a comment too.

I love my baby.
